In case of an accident, notify the rental company immediately and complete an accident report. The renter may be liable for damages, including insurance excess, towing and related fees, especially if the rental agreement is breached.
To rent a vehicle, clients are required to present a valid form of identification (ID), a valid driver’s licence and pay a refundable security deposit.
Our current branches are located in Windhoek and Oshakati. However, alternative pick-up and drop-off locations can be arranged with our offices prior to the commencement of the rental. This service is available for a minimal convenience fee to ensure greater flexibility for our clients.
Yes, our rental vehicles may be taken across international boarders, provided that prior approval and the necessary cross-boarder permits are obtained.
The deposit serves as a security measure during the rental period. It may be used to cover any damages, losses or additional charges incurred while the vehicle is in your care, in accordance with the rental agreement.
Additional equipment must be requested at booking or before collection and is subject to availability. Fees are added to the rental cost and paid together. The renter is responsible for any loss, theft and or damage.
Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us with your booking details.
To extend your booking, please inform us two days in advance (48 hours) Extension is subject to vehicle availability and full payment for the additional days will be required to confirm the extension.
Yes. We accept valid international driver’s licenses that are current and in English or accompanied by an International Driving Permit. Minimum age and driving requirements apply and we reserve the right to refuse rental.
Yes, taxes are calculated based on the total amount charged for your rental, including applicable services and fees.
Yes, online payments are accepted via Visa and other major credit cards. Our official banking details are available on our website and authorised company pages. Please ensure that all payments are made only through our official channels, and not to any third parties outside of our recognised branches or platforms.
Yes, our rental cars and buses can be hired with a professional driver or chauffeur at an additional minimal fee. Requests for this service should be made at the quotation stage, and payment must be completed prior to the start of the rental agreement.
Trailers are not available for standalone rental and can only be booked in conjunction with one of our vehicles.
